Lindi uses evidence-based approaches to work with individuals, couples, and families in areas such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief & loss, trauma, relational difficulties, and parenting. Lindi provides support for those experiencing emotional, social, family, or psychological challenges. Lindi strives to create a safe place for clients to improve self-awareness, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and to deal more effectively with mental health and life challenges.
