About

As an immigrant, parent, and working professional, I understand the social, cultural, and systemic factors that shape the mental health experiences of individuals from BIPOC communities. Immigration stress, racialized workplace experiences, reproductive health challenges, intergenerational expectations, and the pressure to remain resilient can deeply impact emotional well-being, relationships, and identity. My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and strengths-based. I work collaboratively with clients experiencing stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, depression, and professional or cultural isolation, supporting them in moving out of survival mode, building sustainable coping strategies, and reconnecting with their values and identity. I am committed to holding space for each person’s story with humility, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we work toward meaningful change that honours your lived experience, culture, and pace.
